Ottawa, Ont. – Softball Canada is pleased to announce that eight umpires have received their Level V certification in 2019. Level V is the highest level in the National Officials Certification Program and was earned as a result of outstanding performance at the 2019 Canadian Championships.

With Level V certification, these officials are now eligible to attend a WBSC certification seminar to qualify for international certification, allowing them to work World Championships, the Olympic Games and other international competitions.
