Softball Canada will be holding two Women's National Team Identification Camps across Canada in June, 2024. Athletes born in 2006 or earlier are invited to register to attend any of the Identification Camps listed below. Athletes born in 2007 may be able to participate but will need approval from Softball Canada before registering by contacting Kaleigh Rafter (krafter@softball.ca).
The Women’s National Team coaching staff will operate the Identification Camps with the help of Guest Coaches. Each player will be evaluated on speed, throwing, hitting, defensive play and general softball game play.
The registration fee is $150 per player to attend an Identification Camp. A Rawlings National Team camp shirt will be provided.

The Coaching Staff will also be scouting university/college softball games and attending various provincial events to help with the selection process.
A final selection camp will be held June 11-16 in Ontario.
Following the selection camp, Softball Canada will name fifteen (15) players to the National Team. Major tournaments in 2024 include the Canada Cup in Surrey, B.C., and the WBSC World Cup in Castions di Strada, Italy.
