TROUBLE SHOOTING TIPS FOR TICKETS:

- You will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket.  Keep it in a safe place as it will be scanned at the door direct from your phone or paper printout 

- You can forward tickets to another email address.  Note that each QR code can only be scanned once to confirm and you'll receive a bracelet ticket for fast re-entry

- If using Apple Pay, the ticket goes automatically to your Apple Pay email.

- If you're having trouble downloading your e-ticket, try switching your internet browser.  That seems to work most of the time, due to security settings on your own device.

- If you cannot find your email confirmation, or need to change the email address on your account, please send an email direct to marketing.2025u15nationals@gmail.com and we will resend directly from the Zeffy site. 

- Paperless and cashless ticket purchasing will be available at the gate for Event passes, Day Passes, and Souvenir programs.  We will have the backup option to accept cash at the door if absolutely needed.
