OUR FOCUS

To create an aligned talent development path that raises the standard of softball skills in Canada and prepares athletes to compete at:

• Canadian Championships
• Canada Games
• NCAA/NAIA/JuCo/CCSA
• Junior WNT, Senior WNT

The program is focused on the development of athletes born from 2002-2007 and is aligned with Softball Canada’s Long Term Player Development Principles and Sport Canada’s high performance athlete development pathway.
