Article 7 - Permanent Employees

7.1 The President and Chief Executive Officer may appoint any paid employee with the approval of the Board, and any employee so appointed shall be paid a salary approved and determined by the President and Chief Executive Officer.

7.2 A committee, appointed by the President, shall do annual salary reviews of employees. The committee will have the final responsibility of setting salaries for those employees.

7.3 Paid employees shall execute job responsibilities that are described in formal job descriptions.
