Article 12 - Custody and Use of Seal

12.1 The seal of the Association shall remain in the custody of the Chief Executive Officer at the National Office.

12.2 The seal of the Association shall not be affixed to any contracts, documents or any instruments in writing requiring the signature of the Association except in presence of:

a) The President, or his/her designate and the Chief Executive Officer; or

b) The President and such other Director of the Association that may be authorized from time to time by resolution of the Board.
