SOFTBALL’S COMPETITION - DEVELOPMENT EVALUATION
Once all Competition-Development training has been acquired (Trained status reached) please complete the following steps in order to progress from Trained to Certified:
- Complete 3 online evaluations at coach.ca (MED, Drug Free Sport, Managing Conflict).
- Submit completed Competition-Development Coach Portfolio to Angela Ballantyne - aballantyne@softball.ca along with $85 evaluation fee (e-transfer to crobertson@softball.ca*). Umpire Exam must be successfully completed before submission.
- Arrange Practice On-Field Evaluation and Game On-Field Evaluation with your Master Coach Developer (MCD) in your Province/Territory. *The MCD will contact you once your Coach Portfolio is successfully evaluated. Each evaluation is $125 (plus travel) and is paid directly to your Evaluator (or through the PT) on or before each evaluation.
