OFFICIAL LANGUAGES POLICY

Softball Canada is committed to bilingualism and the two official languages of Canada.

Softball Canada strives to:

1. Make any public or media announcements in both official languages
2. Provide all material on www.softball.ca in both official languages
3. Actively offer members the option of service in both official languages
4. Work with Softball Quebec to identify documents that require translation and develop a timetable for the translation of those materials
5. Encourage members of both official language communities to participate in the activities, projects or programs
