Kelsey Jenkins made her debut with the National Team in 2015 as a member of the Canadian Junior Women's National Team at the WBSC World Championship in Oklahoma City. Since then, she has represented Canada at multiple international events, including three times as part of Team Canada at the Canada Cup International Softball Championship (2017, 2018 and 2019). She also competed for Team Canada at the 2018 WBSC Women’s Softball World Championship in Chiba, Japan where she helped Canada take home a bronze medal. At the 2019 WBSC Americas Qualifier, she was one of Canada's biggest offensive threats by leading the team with 5 doubles, 10 runs scored, 5 walks and a .667 on-base percentage, also authoring a .533 batting average.
Jenkins holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin where she was a four-year standout member of the Badgers women’s softball team from 2015-2018, starting every single game for Wisconsin during her career. In her senior season, she set a single season school record in on-base percentage (.569). She set career school records in on-base percentage (.527), runs (180) and walks (181). Jenkins also finished her collegiate career top-five in batting average (.369), slugging percentage (.555), hits (218), doubles (40), RBI (127) and total bases (329). She completed her first season in the National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) League with the Canadian Wild of Southern Illinois in 2019, hitting .290 with 2 home runs and 8 runs batted in.

What’s the best movie you’ve ever watched? The Marvel Series, too many good ones I can’t decide.
What’s your pre-game ritual? I have to put on my left sock then right sock then of course my left cleat then my right cleat every time.
What’s your favourite place that softball has taken you? I have had the opportunity to play in Japan multiple times with Team Canada over the last 3 years. This was by far my favorite place because seeing and learning about other cultures around the world and getting a first-hand experience was pretty awesome.
What are your future aspirations? I hope to work with kids with disabilities after softball.
If you could spend an hour with anyone in the world, living or dead, who would it be? I would totally want to spend an hour with Kevin Hart, he is the funniest person ever and I would love to laugh as hard as I could for an hour straight.
