Born and raised in Victoria, B.C., Emma Entzminger is in her seventh year as a member of the national team program and her fourth as a member of the Women's National Team. She competed as part of the Junior Women’s National Team at the 2013 WBSC Junior Women’s Softball World Championship in Brampton, and at the same event in 2015 in Oklahoma City. In 2016, she made the jump to the Women's National Team and was the youngest member of the squad. She helped Canada to a Bronze medal finish at the 2018 WBSC World Championships in Chiba, Japan and a Silver medal at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru where she tied for the team lead with 5 RBIs. Entzminger was also part of Canada's roster at the 2019 WBSC Americas Qualifier, helping Canada qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games by batting .429 at the event.

Entzminger graduated from San Jose State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. She played four seasons with the Spartans while studying at SJSU, starting in 191 of her 207 games played over that span. Over her career with the Spartans she had a .287 batting average, .434 OBP, 17 doubles, three triples, four home runs and 70 RBIs. She finished at SJSU ranked third all-time in runs scored (142), fourth in walks (85) and OBP (.434). In 2019, Entzminger competed with the Canadian Wild of Southern Illinois in the National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) League.
