• Should a province require a master account to facilitate a group payment for the room and tax charges, arrangements will be made. Rooming lists will be required before October 15th, 2018.
• Should a province prefer to have each delegate call-in individually, arrangements will be made. A booking link, reservations phone number, block code and detailed instructions will be provided to the province representative to then share with participating delegates.
