Jean Poulin

• Learned to pitch in the Kamloops minor softball system and participated in several provincial championships

Paul Gard

 
• Began pitching at the age of 14 in Yellowknife, NWT Minor ball program
• Represented the NWT for the first time with the Yellowknife Midget All-stars at the Westerns in 1975
• Was named All-star Pitcher and won a Silver medal at the 1979 Canadian Junior Championships with the Yellowknife Junior Merchants.
• Won a Gold medal at the 1981 Sr. A Nationals with the Crown Well Oilers from Edmonton, Alberta
• Has pitched for NWT teams at Sr. A Nationals and Western Canadian Sr. B`s, Intermediate A`s and recently Masters level championships since 1984
• Fully certified NCCP level 3 Softball coach
• Excited to be a part of the new CANpitch program

 
• 30 plus years of pitching at multiple competitive levels of Men`s Fastball (Canadian and Eastern Canadian Championships, OASA, ASA).
• In the recent past, a three-time OASA Men`s Masters Champion (04, 05, 06), 2007 Men`sElimination Champion
• Also multiple championships as a pitcher at various OASA levels
• Since early 1990`s I have participated in a vast amount of clinics with specialization in Fastpitch pitching mechanics.

• Attended Brewton Parker College, NAIA Div. I, competing in GAC Conference. Lowest ERA as Freshman.
• Played competitive career with London Lightning Association from 1992-97, winning two consecutive PWSA gold medals. Third in Eastern Canadians, and participating in the Midget Canadian Championship. 
• 1989-91 Played for Wardsville and Glencoe Associations and competed in several ORSA Championships.
• For over 10 years, has been involved in delivering pitching instruction to all levels ORSA and PWSA participants.
