Softball Canada Names Nine New Level V Umpires

Ottawa, Ont. - Softball Canada is pleased to announce that nine umpires have received their Level V certification in 2017. Level V is the highest level in in the National Officials Certification Program and was earned as a result of outstanding performance at the 2017 Canadian Championships.

New Level V Fast Pitch umpires are:

With Level V certification, these officials are now eligible to attend a WBSC certification seminar to qualify for international certification, allowing them to work World Championships, the Olympic Games and other international competitions.
